Abstract

Apryanti. 2021. The Effect of Servant Leadership and Organizational Culture towardEmployee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable, supervised by Muhammad Hidayat Ansar Daud.
This study aims to determine whether (1) servant leadership affects employee performance (2) organizational culture affects employee performance (3) servant leadership affects job satisfaction (4) organizational culture affects job
satisfaction (5)job satisfaction affects employee performance (6) servant leadership affects employee performance through job satisfaction (7) organizational culture affects employee performance through job satisfaction at the Makassar City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency Office.
The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires related to servant leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction and employee performance to 82 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square using the Smart PLS application.
The results show that (1) servant leadership has no effect on employee performance (2) organizational culture affects employee performance (3) servant leadership affects job satisfaction (4) organizational culture affects job satisfaction (5) job satisfaction affects employee performance (6) servant leadership affects employeeperformance through job satisfaction (7) organizational culture influences employee performance through job satisfaction at the Makassar City Regional
Financial and Asset Management Agency Office.
