Abstract

Sabir Zainuddin. 2022. The Effect of Service Quality, Transparency and Accountability on Satisfaction of Tera Services at the Trade Service Office of Parepare City, supervised by Maryadi and Andi Ririn Oktaviani.
This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between Service Quality, Transparency and Accountability on Tera Service Satisfaction at the Parepare City Trade Office.
The research uses a quantitative approach, the data in this study are primary and secondary data generated from the distribution of questionnaires, field observations and literature studies. The analytical tool used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis by proving the hypothesis through t-test to prove the effect of Service Quality, Transparency and Accountability on Tera Service Satisfaction partially and f-test to prove the effect of Service Quality, Transparency and Accountability on Tera Service Satisfaction, simultaneously. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 25.
The study was conducted by taking a sample of 85 respondents from 912 who are businessactors who use scales as a transaction tool in Parepare City. Sampling of this research was carriedout using the Hair Method.
This study proves that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Service Quality, Transparency and Accountability individually (partial)
on Tera service satisfaction at the Parepare City Trade Office. This study also proves that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Service Quality, Transparency and Accountability simultaneously on Tera service satisfaction at the Trade Service Office of Parepare City.
