Noriayub. 2021. The Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Commitment on Improving Primary School Teacher Performance in the Region 2 Rantim Teacher Working Group, Rantebulahan Timur District, Mamasa Regency, supervised by

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of Organizational Culture partially on improving the performance of primary school teachers in the regional teacher working group 2 Rantim, Rantebulahan Timur District, Mamasa Regency (2) the effect of Partial Work Commitment on improving the performance of primary school teachers in the regional teacher working group. 2 Rantim Rantebulahan Timur Subdistrict, Mamasa Regency (3) the effect of Work Culture
and Work Commitment simultaneously on improving the performance of primary school teachers in the regional teacher working group 2 Rantim, Rantebulahan Timur District, Mamasa Regency (4) The most dominant variable has an effect on improving the performance of primary school teachers in the teacher working group region 2 Rantim, East Rantebulahan District, Mamasa Regency.
This study was conducted at the Teacher Work Group Region 2 Rantim, Rantebulahan Timur District, Mamasa Regency. The sample was determined by means of a saturated sampling technique (census) as many as 48 teachers. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) partially the Organizational Culture variable had a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of primary school teachers in the teacher work group in Region 2
Rantim, Rantebulahan Timur District, Mamasa Regency (2) partially the Work Commitment variable had a positive and significant effect on improving teacher performance. Primary school in the region 2 Rantim teacher working group,
Rantebulahan Timur District, Mamasa Regency (3) simultaneously shows that the variables of Organizational Culture and Work Commitment have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of primary school teachers in the teacher working group for Region 2 Rantim, Rantebulahan Timur District, Mamasa Regency ( 4) the dominant variable that has an effect on improving the
performance of primary school teachers in the teacher working group in Region 2 Rantim, Rantebulahan Timur District, Mamasa Regency is Organizational Culture.
