Abstract

Misriani Ahmad. 2022. Effect of Work Environment, Employee Competence and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency, guided by Badaruddin and Anshar Daud.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, employee competence and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency.
This research approach uses survey research conducted at the
Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency in December 2021. The data used in this research is primary data collected through a direct questionnaire survey and uses a sample of 62 employees who work at the Enrekang Regency Education and Culture Office. Data analysis used multiple
linear regression analysis to test hypotheses 1, 2, and 3.
The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that all variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely the work environment, employee competence and job satisfaction. Variables of Work Environment, Employee Competence and Job
Satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
