Abstract

Isnawati HM. 2022. The influence of Workload, Job stress, and Working Culture with Complacency as a mediating variables on the work performance of Garuda Indonesia's
cabin crew, supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Workload, Job Stress, and WorkingCulture with Complacency as a mediating variables on the work performance of cabin crew for Garuda Indonesia. The approach of this research used a quantitative research, it was carried out on the Garuda Indonesia airlines. The population of this research were 550 cabin crews and the sample selection in this study using 85 number of respondents. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique.
Validity and reliability tests are carried out on the data to ensure that the data in this research is valid and reliable.
The results showed that 1) Workload had a positive and significant effect on compliance,2) Job stress had no significant effect on compliance, 3) Work culture had a
positive and significanteffect on compliance, 4) Workload had a positive and significant effect on work performance, 5) Job stress does not have a significant effect on work
performance, 6) Working culture has a positive and significant effect on work performance, 7) Complacency has no significant effect on work performance, 8) Workload on work performance through compliance has no significant effect, 9) Job stress on work performance through compliance does not have a significant effect,(10)Working culture on work performance through compliance does not have a
significant effect.
