Statistics and Coding Agency of Pangkajene and Kepulauan City Governance (supervised by Badaruddin Muhdini and Nurdin Brasit).
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline to employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Coding Agency of Pangkajene and Kepulauan City Governance.
The population in this study were all employees (PNS) of the Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Coding Agency of Pangkajene and Kepulauan City Governance, amounting to 35 people. The research sample is referred to as saturated
sampling. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale.
Partially compensation, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Coding Agency of Pangkajene and Kepulauan City Governance. The dominant
indicator on the compensation variable is facilities, the dominant indicator on the motivation variable is persistence, while the dominant indicator on the work discipline variable is assertiveness.
The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing show that the Fcount value is 15.481 and Ftable is 2.69. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that compensation, motivation and work discipline mediated by job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect to employee performance the Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Coding Agency of Pangkajene and Kepulauan City Governance. Furthermore, the work discipline variable (X3) is the variable that has the most dominant influence with a beta value of 0.596.
