This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Barru Regency, as well as the most dominant variables that affecting the employee performance at Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Barru Regency.
This research uses primary data with a survey method. The research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Barru Regency, when the research was conducted from March 2022. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research population is all employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Barru Regency, it was totaling 62
number of people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (census), namely by determining all the population as a total sample of 62 employees.
The results of this study concluded that partially leadership and work environment have no significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously leadership, work motivation, and work environment affect employee performance.
