Abstract

Winda Namrianti. 2022. The Effect of Work Environment, Motivation, and Leadershipon Employee Performance at PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Urip Sumiharjo Branch in Makassar,
supervised by Muhammad Idris and Mariadi.
This study aims to analyze (1) partially the effect of work environment,motivation and leadership on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Urip Sumiharjo Branch in Makassar (2) simultaneous influence of work environment,
motivation and leadership on employee performance of PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Branch Urip Sumiharjo in Makassar (3) the most dominant variable influencing the performance of employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Urip Sumiharjo Branch in Makassar.
This research was conducted on employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Urip Sumiharjo Branch in Makassar. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire existing population, as many as 33 employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Urip Sumiharjo Branch in Makassar. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Urip
Sumiharjo Branch in Makassar (2) the work environment and leadership have no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Urip Sumiharjo Branch in Makassar (3) Simultaneously Work environment, motivation and
leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Urip Sumiharjo Branch in Makassar (4) partially shows that the motivation variable has a dominant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Urip Sumiharjo Branch in Makassar.
