Abstract

Nelli. 2020. The Effect of Leadership Style, Discipline, and Work Motivation toward Employee Performance in Batulappa District in Pinrang Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Maryadi.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect between leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance in Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency.
This study is a quantitative study with a survey method conducted in Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency from October to November 2019.
The population in this study were all employees of Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency, as many as 50 people. The sampling of this study was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census), namely taking the sample by taking the entire population of 50 people. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of statistical software SPSS Version 21.
The results of this study indicate that (1) the variable leadership style, work discipline and motivation has no effect toward employee performance in the Batulappa District Office, Pinrang Regency. Based on the test results for
the influence of leadership style on employee performance, the test results obtained tcount -0.015 and ttable 1.678, then the results for the effect of work discipline with tcount 0.279 and ttable 1.678 and for motivation variables tcount 0.469 and ttable 1.678 and testing obtained simultaneously results obtained Fcount is 0.101 smaller than Ftable 3.20. From these results it can be concluded that (2)
work motivation is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance of Batulappa District in Pinrang Regency.
