Abstract

Barhaman. 2021. The Effect of Work Discipline, Job Rotation and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Ma'rang District Office, Pangkajene and Islands Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Didiek Handayani Gusti.
This study aims to determine (1) the effect of work discipline, job rotation and work motivation partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Ma'rang
sub-district office, Pangkajene and islands district (2) the most dominant variables affect the performance of the ma'rang districtoffice employee. Pangkajene and Islands
Regency.
This research was conducted at the Ma'rang District Office, Pangkajene Regency and Islands with a sample of 41 people. Sampling in this study is a saturated sample which determines the entire population, namely 41 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) partially Work Discipline, Job Rotation and Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ma'rang District Office, Pangkajene and Islands Regency, while Job Rotation where Job Rotation had no significant effect on employee performance (2) simultaneously shows that the variables of work discipline, job rotation and work
motivation have an effect on employee performance. (3) work motivation is a variable that has a dominant effect on employee performance.
