This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of individual ability, leadership style and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on the quality of
service at the Sinjai Police Traffic Unit.
The population in this study were all personnel of the Satlantas Polres Sinjai, totaling 30 people. The sample used in this study is the total population, this is because
the population in this study is relatively small. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale.
The results of this study indicate that (1) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that individual abilities partially have a positive and significant effect on service quality at the Sinjai Police Traffic Unit. (2) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on service quality at the Sinjai Police Traffic Unit. (3) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is
known that organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on service quality at the Sinjai Police Traffic Unit. (4) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that individual abilities, leadership styles and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on service quality at the Sinjai Police Traffic Unit. As for the variable that has the most dominant influence on the quality of service at the Sinjai Police Traffic Unit is leadership style with a beta value of 0.606.
