Abstract

Andi Asdar Abuhaerah. 2020. The Effect of Leadership, Motivation, and Compensation toward the Employee Performance at the Markaz Imam Malik Makassar Foundation (Case Study on Employees of the Markaz Imam Malik Makassar Foundation on Jln. RSI. Faisal XIV No.14 Banta-bantaeng Rappocini Makassar, supervised by Maryadi and Deddy Rahwandi.
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is a case study.
The population is all employees of the Markaz Imam Malik Makassar Foundation, totaling 125 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire.
The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the analysis show that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Markaz Imam Malik Foundation as evidenced by the value of tcount = 3.933 > ttable = 1.981 (2) Motivation has no positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Markaz Imam Malik Foundation as evidenced by the value tcount = 0.351 ttable = 1.981 (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Markaz Imam Malik Foundation as evidenced by the value of thitung = 2.633 > ttabel = 1.981 (4) Leadership, motivation and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Markaz Imam Malik Foundation proven by the value of Fcount = 37,221 > Ftable = 2.68. (5) Leadership variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Markaz Imam Malik Foundation.
