This study aims to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the ef ect of competence, leadership style and work discipline on the performance of Barombong Shipping Polytechnic employees.
This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of survey conducted at the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic with a sample of 60 respondents.
Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation.
The results of this study indicate that competence has an ef ect on the performance of Barombong Shipping Polytechnic employees, leadership style has
an ef ect on the performance of Barombong Shipping Polytechnic employees, where the value of sig < 0.05. Meanwhile, work discipline has no ef ect on the
performance of Barombong Shipping Polytechnic employees where the sig value is 0.228>0.05. Simultaneously all independent variables together affect the performance of the employees of the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic where
the sig value is 0.000 <0.05.
