Abstract

Nur Alif. 2021. The influence of Competence, Motivation, and Incentives on the Performance of Service Officers at the Population and Civil Registration Service in Bantaeng Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman dan Muhammad Hidayat.
This study aims to determine whether competence, motivation and incentives affect partially and simultaneously and the most dominant variables that affect the performance of service personnel at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bantaeng Regency. The research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bantaeng Regency in 2020.
The results show that it is partially proven if competence affects the performance of service officers in Bantaeng Regency. This study also proves that competency, motivation and incentives simultaneously affect the performance of service personnel in Bantaeng Regency. The competency variable is the most dominant variable affecting the
performance of service personnel in Bantaeng Regency. This study resulted in a determination coefficient of 23.4%, meaning that this study was able to explain the effectiveness of service personnel by 23.4%, which was influenced by competence, motivation, incentives, while 76.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in
this study.
