This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of transformational leadership style partially on the performance of employees of PT. Dinamis Jaya Properti
In Makassar (2) Partial Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Dinamis Jaya Properti In Makassar (3) Partial Effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Dinamis Jaya Properti In Makassar (4) the influence of transformational leadership style, motivation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Dynamic Jaya Property In Makassar.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Dinamis Jaya Properti in Makassar and will be held from December 2021 – January 2022. The research population is employees of PT. Dinamis Jaya Properti In Makassar, totaling 43 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method, namely by determining all the population as a total sample of 43 employees. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence between the transformational leadership style partially on the employees of PT. Dinamis Jaya Properti In Makassar. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between partial motivation on employee performance at PT. Dinamis Jaya Properti In Makassar (3) there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment partially on the performance of employees of PT. Dinamis Jaya Properti In Makassar (4) there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership style, motivation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Dynamic Jaya
