Abstract

Husnia Hadawi. 2022. The Influence of Work Culture, Motivation and Loyalty on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency, supervised

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work culture, motivation and loyalty on the performance of civil servants at the regional inspectorate of Bantaeng
Regency.
The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate Office of Bantaeng Regency with a research time
of 2 months. The types and sources of data used in this study are secondary data. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously it is proven that Work Culture, Motivation, and Loyalty have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency. This study resulted in the value of the coefficient of determination R2 or R Square was 0.328. These results mean that the variables of Work Culture, Motivation, and Loyalty have a relationship with the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency by 32.8%, and the remaining 67.2% is explained by other reasons outside the model.
