This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job analysis on workload and motivation on career development of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of
Polewali Mandar Regency.
The data collection method in this study used survey observations, namely selecting specimens from one population and using questionnaires as the main data pooling facility. Based on the results of calculations using the Slovin formula above, the sample to be used is fulfilled into 57 samples from 132 total populations.
The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing show that the Fcount value is 26.636 and Ftable is 2.78. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that the independent variables, namely simultaneously job analysis, workload and motivation, have a significant influence on career development for employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Poliwali Mandar Regency. The results of the t-test showed that the job analysis obtained a tcount value of 2.151 > ttable 2.004 and a significance value of 0.036 > 0.05, workload obtained a tcount value of 2.137 > ttable 2.004 and a significance value of 0.037 > 0.05, and motivation obtained a tcount value of 2.352 > ttable 2.004 and a significance value of 0.022 > 0.05. From the description of the t test with the three independent variables partially, job analysis, workload and motivation have a significant influence on career development for employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Polewali Mandar Regency.
