Abstract

Imran. 2021. The Effect of Training, Work Teams, and Work Facilities on Improving the Performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Polewali Mandar Regency (supervised by Syamsul Alam and Asniwati)
This study aims to determine the effect of training, work teams and work facilities partially and simultaneously on improving the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit, Polewali Mandar Regency. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear. The number of samples in this study were 67 respondents. The analytical tools used include classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing.
The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing show that the Fcount value is 12.846 and Ftable is 2.47. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that simultaneously training, work teams and work facilities have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in Polewali Mandar Regency. The results of the t-test showed that the training obtained a tcount value of -0.093 < ttable 1.996 and a significance value of 0.927 > 0.05, meaning that training had no positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit, Polewali Mandar Regency. Furthermore, the work team obtained a tcount value of 0.205 < ttable 1.996 and a significance value of 0.838 > 0.05, meaning that the work team had a positive but not significant effect on improving the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in Polewali Mandar Regency. Work facilities obtained a value of tcount 4.662 > ttable 1.996 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that work facilities had a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit, Polewali Mandar Regency. As for the variable that has the most dominant influence, namely work facilities with a beta value of 0.601. For training, it has a beta value of -0.011 and a work team of 0.029.
