Abstract

Sritati Muchsen. 2020. The Effect of Work Ethics, Organizational Support, and Performance Appraisal toward the Employee Performance at the Population Control,Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Pinrang Regency, supervised by H. Masur Razak and Syamsul Alam.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of work ethic, organizational support, and performance appraisal partially and simultaneously toward the work
performance of employees at the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Pinrang Regency (2) the most dominant variable affects the work performance.
This study design used a survey research that took a sample from one population and used a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The study was conducted at the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Pinrang Regency from October to November 2019. The population in the study were all employees of the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Pinrang Regency with 56 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a census sampling or saturated samples. The number of samples in this study were 56 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis.
The results show that (1) there is an effect between work ethic, organizational support, and performance appraisal partially and simultaneously toward the work performance of employees of the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Pinrang Regency (2) performance appraisal is the most dominant variable affects the work performance of employees of the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Pinrang Regency.
