Abstract

Saripuddin. 2022. The Effect of Organizational Culture, Organizational Communication, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Bantimurung District Office, Maros Regency, supervised by Muhammad Hidayat and Fitriany.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of culture, communication, and job satisfaction partially on employee performance at the Bantimurung District Office, Maros Regency (2) the effect of culture, communication and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance at the Bantimurung District Office, Maros Regency (3) the most dominant variable has an effect on employee performance at the Secretariat Office of Bantimurung District, Maros Regency.
Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) organizational culture and job satisfaction partially affect the performance of ASN employees at the Bantimurung District Office, Maros Regency (2) culture, communication and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of ASN employees at the Bantimurung District Office, Maros Regency (3) Culture is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Bantimurung District Office, Maros Regency.
