Muhammad Hidayat and Azlan Azhari. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational climate, and work commitment on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives Selayar Islands Regency.
This research is categorized as survey research. A total of 92 employees at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of the Selayar Islands Regency were the samples through the distribution of questionnaires.
Based on the validity and reliability tests with multiple linear regression analysis with thehelp of IBM SPSS Ver.20 software (Student Version), the results showed that (1) there was no effect of work discipline on employee performance (2) there was a positive and significant effectof organizational climate on the work employee performance (3) there is a positive and significant effect of work commitment on employee performance (4) work discipline, organizational climate,and work commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Selayar Islands Regency (5) Variable the dominant work commitment has an effect on the work performance of the employees of the Secretariat of the RegionalHouse of Representatives of the Selayar Islands
Regency.
