PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR, KOMPETENSI DOSEN DAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN PADA ITB NOBEL INDONESIA

This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the effect of career development on the performance of lecturers at ITB Nobel Indonesia, 2) The effect of lecturer competence
on lecturer performance at ITB Nobel Indonesia, 3) The effect of knowledge management on lecturer performance at ITB Nobel Indonesia, and 4) The influence of career
development, lecturer competence and knowledge management on lecturer performance at ITB Nobel Indonesia.
This research approach uses descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted at ITB Nobel Indonesia. The time of the research was carried out starting in
October 2021. The respondents in the study were ITB Nobel Indonesia lecturers, totaling 86 people.
The results of the study show that: 1) career development has a significant effect on lecturer performance at ITB Nobel Indonesia, 2) lecturer competence does not significantly affect the performance of ITB Nobel Indonesia lecturers, 3) knowledge management has a significant effect on lecturer performance at ITB Nobel Indonesia, and 4) the influence of career development, lecturer competence and knowledge management have a significant effect on lecturer performance at ITB Nobel Indonesia.
