Abstract

Zulkarnain. 2022. The Effect of Career Development, Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at BKPSDM Office on Pinrang Regency, supervised by Syafruddin Kitta and Salim S.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) The Effect of Career Development, Work Motivation and Organizational Culture partially and simultaneously on employee performance at BKPSDM Office on Pinrang Regency (2) the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at BKPSDM Office on Pinrang Regency.
The research approach is a survey approach. The research was conducted at BKPSDM Office, Pinrang Regency. The research time is from December 2021 to January 2022. This study used a survey method. The population in this study were all employee of BKPSDM, Pinrang Regency, totaling 42 ASN. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), that is, all of the population in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were 42 people. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test (t test, F test, R Square, normality test and multicorrelation test) then analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis with the help of software SPSSversion 25.0 The results showed that (1) Career Development variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at BKPSDM Pinrang Regency by 0,001 with a t value of 3,758. Work Motivation Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at BKPSDM Pinrang Regency with a value of 0,001 with a tcount value
of 3,686 and the Work Motivation variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at BKPSDM Pinrang Regency with a value of 0.000 with a t-count value of 7,155 (2) Organizational Culture (X3) is the most dominant variable influencing Employee Performance with a value of 0,564 through Beta test. The value of the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0,876, which means that the independent variable (X) which includes Career Development, Work Motivation, and Organizational Culture has a contribution to the Employee Performance of BKPSDM Pinrang Regency by 87,6%, while the remaining 12,4% is influenced by other variables not included in this research study.
