This study aims to determine whether entrepreneurship education and family environment influence the interests and entrepreneurial skills of Somba Opu SMKT students in Gowa Regency.
The population in this study were students of class 2 (two) Somba Opu SMKT who took entrepreneurship courses in the even semester of 2018/2019 academic year as many as 205 students and the sampling technique used the Slovin formula. Data analysis uses Path Analysis (a combined model of multiple
regression models and mediation models).
The results showed that there is a direct positive effect and indirect positive effect on the variable Entrepreneurship Education on the variable entrepreneurship skills through entrepreneurial interest as an intervening
variable. Whereas the family environment variable shows that there are direct negative influences and indirect positive influences. The results of the analysis of the first path Y1 = 18.154 + 0.187X1 + 0.097X2 + e and the second Y2 = 8.794 +
0.173X1 + (- 0.139) X2 + 0.082Y1e. Conclusions from this study there are direct and indirect effects of entrepreneurship education variables and family
environment variables on entrepreneurial skills through entrepreneurial interest.
