Abstract

Suriati. 2022. The Effect of Discipline, Training, and Teaching Experience on Professional Teachers at MAN in Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Maryadi and Hari.
This study aims to analyze (1) the partial effect of discipline, training, and teaching experience on the professionalism of MAN teachers in Jeneponto Regency
(2) the simultaneous influence of discipline, training, and teaching experience on the professionalism of MAN teachers in Jeneponto Regency (3) independent variables which
dominantly affects the professionalism of MAN teachers in Jeneponto Regency.
The population in this study amounted to 150 teachers, while the sample was set at 50 teachers at MAN Jeneponto Regency. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observation, and documentation.
The results showed that (1) discipline, training, teaching experience partially had a significant effect on teacher professionalism, with a t-count value of 2.625 > 2.021 and
training 4.297 > 2.021 (2) discipline, training, teaching experience simultaneously had a very significant effect on teacher professionalism. MAN, Jeneponto Regency (3) the
dominant independent variable influencing teacher professionalism is training with the highest standardized beta coefficient value of 0.421.
