PENGARUH PERENCANAAN, PENGAWASAN DAN KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN SOREANG KOTA PAREPARE

This research is quantitative research using a survey research design which aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Planning, Supervision and Organizational Communication on the Work Effectiveness of Employees at the Soreang District Office, Parepare City.
The population used in this study was the population in this study, employees of the Soreang District, Parepare City, amounting to 40 people. Determination of the sample is done by using a total sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple regression test.
The results of the t-test indicate that planning and supervision partially have a significant effect on employee work effectiveness, while organizational communication partially has no significant effect on employee work effectiveness. In addition, the results of the f test indicate that planning, monitoring and organizational communication simultaneously affect the effectiveness of
employees' work.
