Abstract

Sufiati. 2022. The Effect of Job Analysis, Quality of Human Resources (HR) and Career Development on Employee Performance at the Pangkep Regency Communication and Information Service, supervised by Syamsul Alam and Andi Ririn Oktaviani.
This study aims to determine the effect of job analysis, quality of human resources, career development on employee performance.
The research method used is quantitative research. The sample in this study were all employees of the Pangkep District Communication and Informatics Agency, totaling 61 people. The data source used is primary data using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with SPSS.
The results show that (1) partially there is a significant influence between job
analysis variables (X1), HR quality (X2), career development (X3) on employee performance (Y) (2) simultaneously job analysis variables (X1), quality HR (X2), career development (X3) has an influence on employee performance (Y). It is necessary to carry out job analysis of employees and improve the quality of human resources and develop employee careers by conducting training and competency tests.
