This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of competence, work environment and organizational climate on teacher job satisfaction partially or simultaneously.
This research approach uses analytical survey research. The research was conducted at SDN in a Tolerance cluster, Banggae Timur District, Majene Regency. When the research was conducted from August to September 2020. The population of the study were 52 teachers in the SDN Tolerance Group, Banggae Timur District, Majene Regency. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling
method (total sampling) by determining all populations as a total sample of 52 teachers.
The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of competence and work environment separately (partially) on teacher job satisfaction in SDN tolerance segment, Kec. Banggae Timur Kab.Majene, with titung = 3.266 and 2.081> table = 2.011. While for the organizational climate variable it does not partially
affect teacher job satisfaction in SDN tolerance cluster, Kec. Banggae Timur Kab.Majene with tcount = -1,727 <t.table = 2,011. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of
competence, work environment and organizational climate together (simultaneously) on teacher job satisfaction in SDN tolerance segment, Kec. Banggae Timur Kab. Majene, where Fitung = 5,183> Fabel = 2,80. And the coefficient of determination is 0.249.
