This research is quantitative research with a survey method approach in collecting data. This study aims to determine the effect of training, facilities, and infrastructure, competence on the performance of civil servants at the TNI VI Makassar Main Base Command Headquarters. The population used in this study is the performance of civil servants at the TNI VI Makassar Main Base Command Headquarters as many as 235 people. In comparison, the sample is determined
based on the provisions of Random Sampling, which takes all elements of the population to be the research sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the TNI Main Base VI Makassar or Lantamal VI Makassar (2) Facilities and infrastructure have a positive and significant influence on the performance of civil servants at the TNI Naval Main Base. VI Makassar or Lantamal VI Makassar (3) Competence has a positive and significant
effect on the performance of civil servants at the TNI Main Base VI Makassar or Lantamal VI Makassar.
