Abstract

RISKA SUCIANTI (2020MM.23241), The Influence of Leadership, Rewards, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk.
Parepare Branch Office (supervised by: Maryadi and Asri).
This study aims to analyze 1) partially Leadership, Reward and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk.
Parepare Branch Office. 2) the simultaneous influence of Leadership, Reward and Work Environment on the Performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk.
Parepare Branch Office. 3) the most dominant variable influencing the performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. Parepare Branch Office.
This research was conducted on employees of Bank BTN Parere Office. Determination of the sample, namely the entire number of employees as many as 40 people. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The
analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: partially leadership, reward and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. State
Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. Parepare Branch Office. This means that leadership, reward and work environment can improve employee performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. Parepare Branch Office. Simultaneously leadership, reward and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. Parepare Branch Office. Partially shows that the reward variable has a dominant effect on employee performance at PT. State Savings
Bank (Persero) Tbk. Parepare Branch Office.
