Abstract

Risal. 2022. The Effect of Reward, Motivation and Work Discipline toward the Work Achievement of Teachers and Staff at the Cobig Indonesia Makassar Foundation, supervised by Muhammad Hidayat and Didiek Handayani Gusti.
This study aims to determine (1) the effect of reward, motivation and work discipline on the work performance of teachers and staff at the Cobig Indonesia Makassar Foundation partially or simultaneously (2) to determine the dominant variable.
The research was carried out from June to July 2020 at the Cobig Indonesia Makassar Foundation. Based on the population of employees at the research site as many as 35 employees, the number of samples that became respondents was 35
employees (α=5%). The research instrument used a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The research method applies a quantitative approach by testing
hypotheses using multiple linear regression models.
The results of the study show that (1) reward has a partially significant effect on work performance where t count is 2.555> t table 1.695 and a significance value of 0.016 <0.05. Motivation has a partially significant effect on work performance where the t count value is 2.085> t table 1.695 and the significance value is 0.045 <0.05. Work discipline has a partially significant effect on work
performance where the t count value is 4.558> t table 1.695 and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. Reward, Motivation and Work Discipline variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the work performance variable as
indicated by the calculated F value of 58.718> F table 2.910 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The value of R square of 0.850 indicates that the research variables used are able to explain the work performance variable with an accuracy of 85.0% (2) The results of the calculation of the relative contribution indicate that the dominant variable that affects the variable work performance of teachers and
staff at the Cobig Indonesia Makassar Foundation is the work discipline variable. by 56.90%.
