This study aims to analyze the Effect of Position Analysis, Career Development, and Leadership Style on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus of the Department of Agriculture and Food Security in East Luwu Regency partially and simultaneously.
The research approach uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression data analysis methods. The study was conducted at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security, Luwu Regency in April 2022, with a total sample
of 84 people.
The results of this study indicate that (1) job analysis and leadership style have no significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the
Department of Agriculture and Food Security, East Luwu Regency (2) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Department of Agriculture and Food Security, Luwu Regency. Timur (3) Position Analysis, Career Development, and Leadership Style have a simultaneous effect on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Agriculture and Food Security Service of East Luwu Regency.
