Abstract

Ridwan S. The Effect of Teamwork, Training and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Jeneponto Transportation Service. (Supervised by Syafruddin Kitta and Asri).
This study aims to analyze the effect of teamwork, training and motivation simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Jeneponto Department of Transportation, either partially or simultaneously.
The research approach used is quantitative research, namely research focused on the study of objective phenomena to be studied quantitatively. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, then data analysis was carried out quantitatively using SPSS version 21. The research approach used in this study was ex post facto research, which is where the researcher tries to determine the causes of the events that affect and that affect have occurred and are investigated by researchers in review. to the back.
The results of the study found that teamwork and motivation partially had no significant positive effect on employee performance, which means that when employees of the Jeneponto Regency Transportation Service only rely on team work in completing work, it will not have an effect on efforts to optimize employee performance in this agency
but in conditions of lack of motivation. Even the employees can still work well so that the influence of motivation is not significant. Meanwhile, the three variables simultaneously showed a significant positive effect. Furthermore, motivation becomes the variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Jeneponto Regency Transportation Service, which means that when you want to improve performance, the first thing that must be improved is motivation at work.
