This study aims to determine (1) the effect of Individual Characteristics on Burnout Syndrome (2) the influence of Organizational Environment on Burnout Syndrome (3) the influence of Individual Characteristics on Turnover Intention (4) the influence of Organizational Environment on Turnover Intention (5) the effect of Burnout Syndrome on Turnover Intention (6) the influence of Individual Characteristics on Turnover Intention through Burnout Syndrome (7) the influence of Organizational Environment on Turnover Intention through Burnout Syndrome at the Regional
Secretariat of Enrekang Regency.
Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires related to Individual Characteristics, Organizational Environment, Burnout Syndrome and Turnover Intention and performance to 75 respondents at the Regional Secretariat of Enrekang Regency.
The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square using the Smart PLS application.
The results show that (1) Individual Characteristics affect Burnout Syndrome (2) Organizational Environment affects Burnout Syndrome (3) Individual Characteristics affect Turnover Intention (4) Burnout Syndrome affects Turnover Intention (5) Individual Characteristics affect Turnover Intention through Burnout Syndrome (6) Organizational
Environment has an effect on Turnover Intention through Burnout Syndrome at the Regional Secretariat of Enrekang Regency. While the Organizational Environment Variable has no effect on Turnover Intention.
