Abstract

Rajamuddin. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Infrastructure, and Discipline on Teacher Performance at UPT SDI 99 Selayar Islands, supervised by Mashur Razak and Muh Said.
The research aims to analyze (1) the effect of leadership, infrastructure and discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of teachers at UPT SDI 99 Selayar Islands (2) the most dominant variable affects teacher performance at UPT SDI 99 Kepulauan Selayar.
This research design uses survey research. This research will be carried out at the UPT SDI 99 Selayar Islands office. from November 2020 to February 2021. The population in this study were 40 teachers at the UPT SDI 99 Selayar
Islands. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique as many as 40 teachers at UPT SDI 99 Selayar Islands. The data analysis technique used multiple
regression analysis.
The results show that (1) there is a partial effect of leadership, infrastructure and discipline on teachers at UPT SDI 99 Selayar Islands (2) leadership, infrastructure and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect
on teacher performance at UPT SDI 99 Selayar Islands by 85, 5% while the remaining 14.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study, (3) Leadership (X1) is the most dominant factor influencing teacher performance at
UPT SDI 99 Selayar.
