Mandar Regency (supervised by Maryadi and Didiek Handayani Gusti).
This study aims (1) to analyze the influence of work culture on job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. (2) The effect of work discipline on job satisfaction. (3) The influence of work culture on the performance of ASN. (4) The effect of work discipline on the performance of ASN. (5) The effect of job satisfaction on the performance of ASN. (6) The effect of job satisfaction as an intervening variable on the influence of work culture. (7) The effect of job satisfaction as
an intervening variable on the effect of work discipline on ASN performance.
The population in this study were all offices of the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency, amounting to 131 people with the consideration that the data and information needed were easier to obtain and accurate and very relevant to the subject matter that became the object of this research. Sampling of this study was carried out using the solvin technique with a significant standard of 10%. Thus, it can be seen that the sample used in this study was ASN at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 57 ASN. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale.
The results of this study indicate that (1) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that work culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, while work
discipline has no significant effect on job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. (2) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that work culture, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of ASN at the Regional Secretariat Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. (3)
Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that job satisfaction as an intervening variable has no significant effect on work culture and work discipline on ASN performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that job satisfaction cannot indirectly affect work culture and work discipline on the performance of ASN at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency.
