This study aims to determine the effect of competence, discipline and work motivation on employee performance.
This research was conducted at the Department of Fisheries and Marine Affairs) Bantaeng Regency by taking 40 employees as the research sample.
The results of this study prove that partially competence, discipline and work motivation affect employee performance. This study also proves that simultaneously competence, discipline and work motivation have an effect on employee performance resulting in a coefficient of determination of 96.8% which indicates that this research model can explain that employee performance is influenced by 96.8% of this research variable and is 3 2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
