Abstract

Nurul Isma Libriany, 2022. The Effect of Organizational Commitment, Planning and Budget Availability on Service Performance Improvement of Parepare City Trade Office, supervised by Badaruddin Muhdini and Haeranah Alwany.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, planning and budget availability on improving service performance of the Parepare City Trade Office. This paper is a literature study with the research design used is causal associative using a quantitative approach. The number of samples as many as 45 respondents with the sampling technique is saturated sampling. Data collection tool using questionnaires, data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression indicate that the organizational commitment variable has a correlation coefficient value of 0.052 or 0.52% with a tcount < t-table,
this means that organizational commitment has no significant
effect on service performance.The planning variable has a
correlation coefficient of 0.381 or 38.1% with a t-count > t-table, this means that planning has a significant effect on service performance. The budget availability variable has a correlation coefficient value of 0.314 or 31.4% with a t-count value < t table, this means that budget availability has no effect on service performance. The variables of organizational commitment, planning and budget availability have a calculated F value of 9.402 with a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than of 0.05, this means that organizational commitment, planning and budget availability have a positive and significant effect on service performance. In conclusion, the variables that have an influence on service performance are only planning variables, while organizational commitment variables and budget availability have no effect on service performance. Simultaneously, the three variables above have an influence on service performance. Suggestions in this study, the Office should further increase organizational commitment and the availability of budgets for its employees, one way is to provide more morale, such as giving bonuses to employees who are able to show their best performance and who are able to complete tasks well, and provide an appropriate budget. with the program to run.
