Abstract

Nurul Huda Marasabessy. 2022. The Influence of Leadership Style, Work
Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Sorong State
Islamic Institute, supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi.
This study aims to analyze: 1) The influence of leadership style, work
culture and job satisfaction partially on employee performance at the Sorong State
Islamic Institute, 2) The influence of leadership style, work culture and job
satisfaction on employee performance at the Sorong State Islamic Institute, 3) The
most dominant variable has an effect on employee performance at the Sorong
State Islamic Institute.
The results showed that: 1) Leadership style partially had a positive and
significant effect on the performance variable, 2) Partially Work Culture has a
positive and significant effect on the Performance variablem 3) Partially Job
Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Performance variable, 4)
Simultaneously Leadership Style, Work Culture and Job Satisfaction have a
positive and significant effect on performance, 5) Variables that become most
dominant affects the performance is the Leadership Style, 6) The results of the
coefficient of determination show that 90.1% of employee performance variables
can be explained by independent variables, namely Leadership Style (X1), Work
Culture (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3) while the remaining 9.9% explained by other
variables outside the model in this research.
