Abstract

Nur Rahmi. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Work Environment, and Compensation on
Employee Morale at the Takalar Regional Government Tourism, Youth and Sports Office,
supervised by Muhamad Idris and Asri.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) whether leadership, work
environment and compensation partially affect employee morale at the Office of Tourism,
Youth and Sports of the Takalar Regional Government (2) whether leadership, work
environment and compensation simultaneously influence employee morale. The Office of
Tourism, Youth and Sports, Regional Government of Takalar
(3) Which variable has the most dominant influence on employee morale at the Takalar
Regional Government Tourism and Sports Office.
The research was carried out at the Takalar Regional Government of Tourism,
Youth and Sports. This research is quantitative in nature. The sample was determined
using a saturated sampling technique (census), in which the entire population was
sampled as many as 69 people. The data collection methods used were questionnaires
and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and
multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) Leadership, work environment and
compensation partially affect employee morale at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports
of the Takalar Regional Government (2) Leadership, work environment and
compensation simultaneously affect employee morale at the Youth Tourism Office and
Takalar Regional Government Sports (3) The leadership variable has the most dominant
influence on employee morale at the Takalar Regional Government Tourism and Sports
Office.
