Abstract

NUR IDA 2022 The Influence of Teacher Job Satisfaction, Learning Motivation and
Teacher Guidance on Student Achievement in the 058 Tete Elementary School Cluster,
Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Nurdin Brasit and
Syarifuddin

This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of Teacher Job
Satisfaction, Student Motivation and Teacher Guidance on Student Achievement in the
058 Tete Elementary School Cluster, Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency.

This research approach uses quantitative research. The study was conducted in
the Elementary School Cluster 058 Tete, Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency.
The population of the study was all teachers with the status of Civil Service Personnel
(PNS) and 33 staff and contract workers who taught at the SD Negeri 058 Tete Cluster,
Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency. . The sample selection in this study was
carried out using the saturated sampling method (Census), which was to determine the
entire population as a sample, with a total sample of 33 employees. Data collection
techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using multiple regression
analysis techniques.

The results showed that teacher job satisfaction (X1) had a positive and
significant effect on student learning achievement, student learning motivation (X2) had a
positive and significant effect on teacher guidance student learning achievement (X3) had
a positive and significant effect on the variable student achievement, teacher job
satisfaction. , Student learning motivation and teacher guidance have a simultaneous
effect on student achievement. Among the variables teacher job satisfaction, student
learning motivation and teacher guidance, student learning motivation has a dominant
effect on student achievement in the 58 Tete Elementary School and 15 Tonyaman
Elementary School clusters. Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency
