This study aims to examine and explain (1) the influence of Emotional
Intelegence , Culture Work and Commitment to Employees partially on Employee
Performance at Agency for Development Planning, Regional Research and
Development (BAPPELITBANGDA) Islands District Selayar (2) the effect of
Emotional Intelligence, Work Culture and Employee Commitment to Employees
simultaneously to Employee Perfomance on Development Planning Agency,
Research and Development (BAPPELITBANGDA) Selayar Islands District (3)
variable Work culture is the variable that is most dominant influence on Employee
Perfomance on Development Planning Agency, Research and Development
(BAPPELITBANGDA) Selayar Islands District .
The research approach used is a quantitative approach. This research was
conducted at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development
Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) of the Selayar Islands Regency. The research was
conducted from June – July 202 1 . With a population of 32 people.
The results of this study indicate that (1) there are significant positive
and significant variables Emotional Intelligence partial to Employee Perfomance
Agency for Development Planning, Regional Research and Development
(BAPPELITBANGDA) Islands District Selayar (2) there is positive and significant
variable Work Culture partially on against Employee Perfomance Agency for
Development Planning, Regional Research and Development (BAPPELITBANGDA)
Islands District Selayar (3) there is positive and significant variable commitment
Employees partially on against Employee Perfomance on Development Planning
Agency, Research and Regional development (BAPPELITBANGDA) Selayar Islands
District (4) there is a positive and significant effect of variable Emotional
Intelligence , Work Culture and Employee Commitment to Employees
simultaneously against against Employee Perfomance on development Planning
Agency, Research and development (BAPPELITBANGDA ) Islands District Selayar
and variable Work Culture is the most influential variable (dominant) against
Employee Perfomance on Development Planning Agency, Research and
Development (BAPPELITBANGDA) Selayar Islands District
