The research aims to see and analyze the influence of human resource quality,
work motivation, and organizational commitment individually and collectively on the
performance of employees at the Majene District Health Office, as well as the variables
that most influence the performance of employees at the Majene District Health Office.
The research design used a research survey that took a sample from a population
and used a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research was conducted at
the Majene District Health Office. Research time was from October to November 2019.
The population in the study were all employees of the Majene District Health Office who
included 54 people. The sampling technique used in this study was census sampling or
saturated samples, that is, the sample size represents all populations. The number of
samples in this study were 54 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression
analysis (multiple regression analysis)
The results showed that there was an influence between the quality of human
resources, work motivation and organizational commitment individually and collectively
on the performance of the employees of the Majene District Health Office, as well as the
organizational commitment variable which had the most dominant influence on the
performance of the employees of the Majene Regency Health Office.
