This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Competence, SelfControl

Emotional
Intelligence
on
the
Performance
of
State
Civil
Apparatus

at

the Center for Elderly Social Services (PPSLU) Mappakasunggu Parepare
Social Service of South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used in this
research is quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted at the Center
for Elderly Social Services (PPSLU) Mappakasunggu Parepare Social Service of
South Sulawesi Province with a research time of 2 months. The population used is
all ASN employees, totaling 42 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated
sample where each element of the population is used as a sample. The type of data
used in this research is quantitative data, while the data sources use primary
data. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously
Competency Assessment, Self-Control and Emotional Intelligence have a positive
and significant effect on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus. This study
resulted in a coefficient of determination R2 or R Square of 65.9%, and the
remaining 34.1% was explained by reasons other than the model.
