This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the effect of workload partially on
employee performance at the Hasanuddin training ship unit Makassar Marine Science
Polytechnic (2) the partial effect of work stress on employee performance at the
Hasanuddin training ship unit Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic ( 3) Partial
influence of motivation on employee performance at the Hasanuddin training ship unit,
Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic (4) the influence of workload, work stress and
motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the Hasanuddin training ship
unit, Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on
employees at the Hasanuddin Training Vessel Unit at the Makassar Shipping Science
Polytechnic and was carried out from December 2021 – January 2022. The research
population was 40 employees at the Hasanuddin Training Vessel Unit at the Makassar
Sailing Science Polytechnic. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the
saturated sampling method, namely by determining all the population as a total sample of
40 employees. The analytical technique used is Linear Regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence between
workload partially on employee performance at the Hasanuddin Training Ship Unit
Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic (2) there was a positive and significant influence
between work stress partially on employee performance at the Hasanuddin Training
Vessel Unit. Makassar Sailing Science Polytechnic (3) there is a positive and significant
effect between partial motivation on employee performance at the Hasanuddin training
ship unit Makassar sailing science polytechnic (4) there is a simultaneous positive and
significant effect between workload, work stress and motivation on employee
performance At the Hasanuddin Training Vessel Unit, Makassar Shipping Science
Polytechnic.
