Abstract

Muhammad Ichsan. 2021. (Analysis of Motivational Factors and Their Influence on
Employee Performance at PT. PNM Persero Kab. Majene) This study aims 1. To
determine the effect of Partial Internal and External Motivation on Employee
Performance at PT. PNM Persero Majene Regency, 2. To determine the effect of
Simultaneous Internal and External Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. PNM
Persero Majene Regency, 3. To find out and analyze the variables that influence the
external motivational factors on employee performance at PT. PNM Persero Majene
Regency.
The research approach used in this research is quantitative methods. The data
collection techniques used are by observing, distributing questionnaires and
documentation. The population is the total number that will be the object of research,
namely all employees at PT. PNM Persero Kab. Majene, totaling 50 people. From these
data, the analysis is taken from the number of employees so that the method used is in
accordance with the conditions that exist in PT. PNM Persero Kab. Majene that is equal
to 50 respondents. However, the questionnaires that were retrieved were only 42
respondents, because some of the questionnaires were lost and damaged, so the
researchers only used 42 questionnaires in this study.
The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous
testing indicate that the Fcount value is 5.5371 and Ftable is 3.23. So it shows that
Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that
simultaneously internal and external motivation affect the performance of employees at
PT. PNM Persero Kab. Majene. From the description of the t test, it is known that
partially the t-test of Internal Motivation has no effect on employee performance at PT.
PNM Persero Kab. Majene, External Motivation has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance at PT. PNM Persero Kab. Majene.
