Abstract

Moh. Nasir. 2021. The Influence of Leadership, Work Environment and Work Ethic on
Employee Performance at the Liukang Tupabbiring District Office, Pangkajene and
Islands Regency (supervised by Hj. Haeranah Alwany and Andi Djalante).
This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) The influence of leadership on
employee performance at the Liukang Tupabbiring District Office, Pangkajene Regency
and Islands, 2) The influence of the work environment on employee performance at the
Liukang Tupabbiring District Office, Pangkajene and Islands Regency, 3) The influence
of work ethic on employee performance at the Liukang Tupabbiring District Office,
Pangkajene and Islands Regency and 4) The influence of leadership, work environment
and work ethic on employee performance at the Liukang Tupabbiring District Office,
Pangkajene and Islands Regency.
This research design uses survey research. The research location is at the Liukang
Tupabbiring District Office, Pangkep Regency. The study was carried out in May-June
2021. The population in this study included all 52 employees of the Liukang Tupabbiring
District Office, Pangkep Regency. The sampling of this research was carried out using a
saturated sampling technique (census), which determined the entire population as a
sample of 52 employees of the Liukang Tupabbiring District Office, Pangkep Regency.
The data analysis technique used is multiple kinear regression analysis.
The results show that: 1) Leadership affects employee performance at the Liukang
Tupabbiring District Office, Pangkajene Regency and Islands, 2) Environment affects
employee performance at Liukang Tupabbiring District Office, Pangkajene and Islands
Regency, 3) Work ethic affects employee performance at at the Liukang Tupabbiring
District Office, Pangkajene and Islands Regency, and 4) Leadership, work environment
and work ethic affect employee performance at the Liukang Tupabbiring District Office,
Pangkajene and Islands Regency
