Abstract

Muddassir, 2022. The Influence of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Work
Motivation on Employee Performance at the Pasimasunggu District Office, Selayar
Islands Regency (supervised by Dr. Ahmad Firman, SE, M.Sc. and Dr. Sudirman Dandu,
S.E., MM)
This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of organizational culture,
job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at the Pasimasunggu
District Office, Selayar Islands Regency.
Approach This research uses survey research. The research was conducted at the
Pasimasunggu District Office, Selayar Islands Regency. Time of the study was conducted
in February – March 2022. The research population was all 33 employees of the
Pasimasunggu District Office, Selayar Islands Regency. The sample selection of this
research was carried out using the saturated sampling (census), namely by determining
all the population as a total sample of 33 people.
The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant influence of
organizational culture individually (partial) on the performance of the employees of the
Pasimasunggu District Office, Selayar Islands Regency, as indicated by the tcount (2.243)
> ttable (2.042) with a significant value of 0.033 < 0.05. 2) There is a positive and
significant influence on job satisfaction individually (partial) on the performance of the
employees of the Pasimasunggu District Office, Selayar Islands Regency, as indicated by
the tcount (2.446) > ttable (2.042) with a significant value of 0.021 < 0.05. 3) There is a
positive and significant influence on work motivation individually (partial) on the
performance of the employees of the Pasimasunggu District Office, Selayar Islands
Regency, as indicated by the tcount (2.072) > ttable (2.042) with a significant value of
0.047 < 0.05. 4) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture,
job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously (simultaneously) on the performance
of the employees of the Pasimasunggu District Office, Selayar Islands Regency, indicated
by the Fcalculated of 39.316 > Ftable 2.93.5) The most dominant job satisfaction
variable on the performance of the employees of the Pasimasunggu District Office,
Selayar Islands Regency with a determination value of 0.361.
