This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of financial information
systems, internal control and organizational commitment on the quality of financial reports
at the Pangkep District Manpower Office, either partially or simultaneously. The approach
used in this research is quantitative method. Quantitative methods can be interpreted as
research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain
populations or samples, quantitative/statistical data analysis with the aim of testing
predetermined hypotheses. all Civil Servants in the Pangkep Regency Manpower Service,
totaling 41 people. This study uses all members of the population called the total sample
(total sampling) or census. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis with
SPSS software.

The results of the study show that: 1) The application of financial information
systems, internal control and organizational commitment partially affect the quality of
financial reports at the Pangkep District Manpower Office; 2) the application of financial
information systems, internal control and organizational commitment have a simultaneous
effect on the quality of financial reports at the Pangkep Regency Manpower Office and 3)
the application of financial information system variables have a dominant effect on the
quality of financial reports at the Pangkep Regency Manpower Office.
