This study aims to determine the partial effect of managerial ability, quality and performance of Infrastructure Facilities on the performance of BUMdes in Tanete Riaja Subdistrict, Barru Regency, Barru Regency, to determine the effect of simultaneous managerial ability, quality and performance of Infrastructure Facilities on BUMdes management performance in Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. Based on the results of the study, it showed that managerial ability, the quality of Human Resources had a positive and not significant effect on the performance of Bumdes Management in Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. Meanwhile, Infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bumdes management in Tanete
Riaja District, Barru Regency. While the results of the Simultaneous test of managerial ability, the quality of Human Resources have a positive and significant effect on the Management Performance of Bumdes Se, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. The variable that has the dominant influence is work infrastructure.
